The IM4U Story

After multiple #1 Children’s Music hits and performing at hundreds of schools, IM4U Founder Jim Mayer learned of a 10-year-old girl’s tragic death in North Carolina. She took her own life, in part, due to severe bullying. With this turning point, Jim’s interest in young children’s social and emotional development became a mission. Soon after, Jim met early childhood expert Ellen Booth Church and IM4U was born.

Today, IM4U comprises play-based content and a revolutionary pedagogy on an advanced technology platform. An engaging product line is in development, including a web-based subscription, puppets, songs and storybooks.

To date, Jim has performed his award-winning music for over 50,000 children across the US.

IM4U was created by a team of nationally-recognized early childhood educators, seasoned executives, and award-winning content creators. Our team is passionate about helping kids learn, and is well-equipped to make engaging content kids will love available via an easily accessible platform teachers and parents will appreciate.
